The tickets and tours on this site are sold by GetYourGuide, and a booking is made with GetYourGuide, not with Museums.art. The guide takes no bookings and no payments, and it cannot see, change, cancel or refund one.

  Under GetYourGuide's terms a booking is changed or cancelled through GetYourGuide, with the form in its Help Center, not with the museum or the operator. What counts is the moment GetYourGuide receives the request.

• Refunds

  Unless an activity's own conditions say otherwise, GetYourGuide's terms refund the whole price of a booking cancelled more than 24 hours before it starts, and nothing for one cancelled later or not used. A refund goes back to the way you paid. Each activity's conditions are on its page and on the voucher.

• On the day

  If something goes wrong on the day of the visit, the operator's own contact details are on your voucher or ticket.

For a museum's hours on the day, a closure, something lost in a gallery or access for a wheelchair, the place itself knows best. Every guide on this site names the place's own pages it was checked against, under its sources.

An email is kept only as long as it takes to deal with it, and writing does not put you on any list. The privacy policy says more.
