What sets La Réserve Paris apart
A house more than a hotel
With forty rooms, more of them suites than not, it is a fraction of the size of the other palaces. There is a library kept for guests and their friends, and a smoking room.
Jacques Garcia's interiors
The designer Jacques Garcia furnished it as a Parisian mansion of the nineteenth century: brocade and velvet, oak parquet laid in herringbone, and bathrooms of marble.
Restaurants and bar
Le Gabriel, the gastronomic restaurant. La Pagode de Cos, lighter and open through the day. Le Gaspard, the bar, and the Duc de Morny library for tea or a drink.
The spa and the pool
A spa with an indoor swimming pool sixteen metres long, which the hotel itself calls an extremely unusual thing in Paris.
The avenue Gabriel
The avenue runs along the gardens of the Champs-Élysées, with the Élysée Palace as a neighbour. The Grand Palais and the Petit Palais are across the gardens, and the Place de la Concorde is at the end of the street.

The mansion of the Duke of Morny
The house was built in 1854 and belonged to the family of the Duke of Morny, half-brother of Napoleon III, a politician and financier who also made Deauville a fashionable resort.
It later belonged to the company of the couturier Pierre Cardin. The hotelier Michel Reybier, who owns a small group of hotels and vineyards, bought it and had it remade by Jacques Garcia.
La Réserve Paris opened in January 2015 and received the Palace distinction in 2016.
