From a couture house to a hotel
At the start of the twentieth century the address was the house of Paquin, one of the great names of haute couture. Later it was the head office of a finance company, the Comptoir des Entrepreneurs.
The hotel opened in 2002, and has been classed five-star since 2009.
In May 2011 it was one of the first eight hotels in France to receive the Palace distinction. It held it until June 2026, when the list was revised and the hotel was not kept on it.
