Frozen sweet espresso, crushed, between two layers of whipped cream. In summer the queue at the till is for this.
The roastery
The house began as a roaster and still is one. Sacks of beans and the old machines stand in the shop.

Three generations of one family
Mario Fiocchetto founded the house as a roasting business and opened the coffee bar at Via degli Orfani 84 in 1944. It still belongs to his family.
